Privacy and schools
For privacy requests, email [email protected] or read the Trust centre and Privacy policy. Schools seeking a DPA can use the same address.
Parents can ask us to export or delete a child profile. Schools that need a data processing agreement (DPA) before a classroom pilot should email [email protected] with the school name and the number of classes. We do not create student logins; parents keep the accounts.
What to include in a school DPA request
When you write about a classroom or school pilot, include the school name, city or municipality, the number of classes and approximate student count, the grades you teach, and the name and email of the person who can sign a data processing agreement. Mention whether you need English, Bulgarian, or both for story generation. We reply with next steps; we do not create student logins as part of a pilot.
Who owns child accounts
Every child profile sits under a parent or guardian account. Teachers share a class code; parents join from My Children after they consent. Billing, story packs, and deletion requests stay with the parent. If you are unsure who should email us about a child's data, start with the parent who created the profile, then copy [email protected] if a school DPA is also required.
How quickly we reply
Content concerns about a generated story get a reply within 24 hours. Billing, beta, teacher access, and DPA questions usually receive a reply within two business days.
